Join this workshop run by Jesmond Harding from Butterfly Conservation Ireland to learn how to identify Ireland's butterflies and how to monitor them through the National Biodiversity Data Centre. Butterflies are important indicators of the health of Ireland’s environment. They are an ideal insect group to monitor as there is a small number of species, have strong associations with foodplants and vegetation types, respond quickly to changes in weather.
