The inaugural HR M&A Roundtable National Conference is a two-day event where people interested in people, culture and leadership matters in M&A come together to build their networks and address their real-world challenges.
Other conferences do a great job of teaching HR M&A 101, but our National Conference is designed to be like grad school. With a combined total of over 100 years of experience working in HR and M&As with some of the biggest names in the industry, our conference team and presenters have learned a lot -- and are ready to share it with the community.
The first HR M&A Roundtable National Conference will be held in Chicago on September 17 and 18, 2019. We're excited to partner with Korn Ferry, ADP, and other sponsors to deliver the best conference experience possible for discussing people, culture, and leadership in M&A.
We’ve gathered industry experts to facilitate panels and roundtable breakout sessions, where you will develop your skill dealing with people, leadership and culture issues in M&A. You'll also broaden your network to include an elite group of people with deep experience and innovative ideas. You will walk away from this two-day experience with insights and techniques that will allow you to take action immediately and make the most of due diligence and integration.
The $995 registration includes two days of programming with keynote sessions from industry leaders, panel discussions, and topical roundtables. Meals include continental breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks both days, plus the Korn Ferry sponsored Networking Reception at Wrigley Field.
The conference takes place September 17 and 18, 2019, at the beautiful W Chicago Lakeshore Hotel in downtown Chicago. We've secured an amazing room rate for this gorgeous property near Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile -- only $249 per night plus tax.
Limited spots are still available to join this exclusive group. Attendees must have experience in M&A or expect to be doing an M&A deal in the next 12 months in order to participate in the conference.

Registration Cancellation by Participant
Due to limited space and event planning needs, cancellations must be requested by August 16, 2019. Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a $150 administrative fee until that date. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend the conference.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
Mergers & Acquisitions Roundtable, LLC reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If we cancel an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
