PROGRAMME

We've had a fantastic number of submissions for this year's conference and so abstract submission is now closed. Thanks to everyone who has submitted so you can now take a look at the draft programme (subject to change).

Founded in 1997, the Human Patient Simulation Network (HPSN) has grown from a small community of pioneering nursing and health science educators into a robust and global network of medical faculty, clinicians, students, and technical experts who gather throughout the year to interact, share knowledge, and explore the latest innovations in simulation-based medical education (SBME). The events are open to anyone with an interest in healthcare simulation.

HPSN UK & Ireland 2023 is an international conference focused on advancing the practice and innovation of healthcare simulation for educators, technologists, nurses, doctors, midwives, allied health, patient safety leads and other healthcare practitioners. Make valuable connections, experience exciting keynotes and attend special events.

The HPSN mission is simple: To bring the international simulation community together, offering collaborative workshops, hands-on learning opportunities, resources, and technologically advanced solutions that enhance patient safety and improve outcomes.

CAE Healthcare develops immersive healthcare-education solutions that prepare practitioners for the moments that matter. Products and services in 110+ countries support nursing and medical schools, hospitals, governments, militaries, emergency response teams, and allied health programs. We meet learners where they are through our innovative and integrated product portfolio, including patient, ultrasound and interventional simulation; a simulation center management platform; immersive/digital learning; and simulation-based curricula. Global recognition, such as an EMS World Innovation Award, among others, affirms the relevance, realism and quality of the products we deliver to you. See more about how we create a safer world at caehealthcare.com. This event is open to anyone with an interest in healthcare simulation.
