"How to Run a Virtual Process Improvement Event" teaches you the techniques, tools, and tricks to keeping your team engaged and on-task. Participants will use templates and checklists to determine the right team members, write a problem statement, determine what is in and out of scope, Current State process maps, Voice of the Customer data collection methods, and SIPOC and Future State maps. Also included is information on how to use MURAL as an online team collaboration tool. Following the workshop, participants will be confident that their toolbox is equipped to ensure success in their next virtual process improvement event.
