It's also guarding privacy and personal information. Cybercrime Support Network will discuss what scammers look for and how to protect the privacy of you and your clients.

Mark Batchelor is the Vice President, Victims Services Programs for Cybercrime Support Network (CSN) and has over a decade of non-profit experience working with vulnerable populations. Mark started his non-profit career as a community liaison for Heart of Florida United Way 211 in Florida. Before joining the CSN team, he worked with organizations including Lighthouse Central Florida and Seniors First, helping improve the social and financial independence of families and children in his community. Mark lives in Orlando with his wife and two cats.
Kim Casci-Palangio is the Program Managing Director for the Cybercrime Support Network (CSN). She began in January 2019 as the Program Manager for CSN's pilot program in RI and is now working on CSN programs in New Jersey and Central Florida. Kim came to CSN following over 20 years of government service at the city, state and federal level, starting her career with the RI Secretary of State, then working in RI's Second Congressional District Office and most recently as the East Providence City Clerk. Kim enjoys volunteering and advocating for community and humane organizations and over the years has volunteered on a number of boards and commissions such as the RI General Assembly Voter Choice Study Commission, the City of East Providence Crescent Park Carousel Commission, the City of Warwick Coyote Study Commission and RI Defenders of Animals. Kim lives in East Providence, RI with her husband and two cats.
