Join us for an exciting conversation about the new Housing Outreach Program (HOP)! This session will focus on outlining the roles, responsibilities and mutual expectations of housing co-ops, the Options Bytown HOP worker and CHASEO. It will include an outline of the types of housing related support services offered by the HOP worker, the triage system and the tracking and evaluation process.
This webinar will be a great opportunity to meet the HOP worker, to ask questions and to begin the process of open communication. Join us!
