Better Life Studios, 390 Dupont St. Suite 201, Toronto, Ontario, M5R 1V9, Canada.

Come and join us for an afternoon of celebration, reflection, meditation, music making, singing, learning and sharing with Deborah Treger and Rufus Glassco.

"Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect." - Chief Seattle, 1854

We are delighted to invite you to an afternoon song ceremony dedicated to water, the source of all life on this planet. Our mother earth, the mother we share will all living creatures, is just like us - 70 percent of the earth’s surface is covered by water. 70 percent of our body is composed of water.

Using the power and beauty of song, we will put our intention, and gratitude, into that water. Later we will drink some, share some to give back to Mother Earth, and take some with us to mix with the waters in our home, and to share with our loved ones.

How important to you is water? How often do you think about the water you drink? How often do you thank the water you drink, or ingest it with mindfulness, love and gratitude?

Does water have memory? If it does, what does that mean to us?

This afternoon of ceremony will have several components. One is to raise our consciousness about water, to discuss why it is important to care about protecting water, and how we can improve our health and wellness with a better understanding of water. We will also be conducting water rituals, to honour water’s sacredness, throughout time, and across many cultures. We will also bless water, cleanse ourselves with water in guided meditation, and honour water through song and intention.

We will also be offering healthy alkaline water in glass jars, or people can bring their own bottles to refill.

Come to learn, to share, to drink, to bless, to flow again, and to return home fully hydrated and flush with new knowledge and tools to empower you to live healthier, to educate others, and develop a more sacred relationship with this precious resource. We are what we drink. Drink well!

This event is family friendly, and because it is a ceremony, we ask that people refrain from consuming alcohol or recreational drugs.

Our mother earth, the mother we share will all living creatures, is like us - 70 percent of the earth’s surface is covered by water. 70 percent of our body is composed of water.
