Engage Sport North will be posting various videos on our "Engage Sport North" YouTube channel starting on Monday April 20th.
These video's will show various exercises and movements that can be done at home to aid in the desired maintenance and increasing of your athletic development for your sport(s).
These movements will be incorporated into programming that helps address strenghtening, power and multidirectional movements that help promote and support the athletic neccesities of your sport(s).
