Please BYOB and arrive as early as 6pm to enjoy snacks and wine prior to class, which will begin at 6:30pm.  You will receive a taste of each item demonstrated.  Recipes will be provided. Come ready to take notes and enjoy sweet treats!

Chef Amber is a health enthusiast and the Owner and Executive Chef at The Source Cafe in Hermosa Beach. Her passion is making healthy eating a delicious adventure and she loves sharing the ins and outs of her wellness journey, teaching others how to use food for healing. She is currently writing a cookbook and sharing her innovative recipes and tips from her journey at chefamber.com. Cindy Van Pelt is a executive pastry chef and partner at The Source Cafe. After years of baking creative desserts for every occasion under the sun, Cindy went to culinary school and began her company The Sweetest Sin. Inspired by the mission of the Source, Cindy joined long time friend Chef Amber in finding the gluten free, paleo, vegan, and alternative ways to make sweets accessible to everyone.
