About the Event

Perspectives Counselling Presents:

Hold Me Tight Couples Communication Workshop

Are you exhausted from having arguments that do not seem to get resolved?

Do you feel that no matter what you try to improve your relationship, you still get caught in the same negative patterns?

Are you and your partner growing apart and it feels like you are roommates?

Love is not a mystery anymore! Research has shown that 70-75% of couples move from distress to recovery and about 90% have even greater improvements that tends to last.

In this workshop, you will learn how to have conversations that build connection and trust, how to manage conflict, and how to strengthen your relationship. We use video, lecture, group discussion, and real live examples to demonstrate concepts, and the give you an apportunity to practice learned concepts in your dyad. This course is based on Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (http://www.iceeft.com/).  See video promo, click here.

Course materials, beverages and light snacks will be provided at the weekend workshop. Lunch is not provided.

Course fees may be reimbursed by your private health plan and on your taxes.
