Food Vendors will be outdoors and will provide own power. Event is from 9am to 4pm. We ask that vendors be set up by 8:30am and do not leave before conclusion of event.

10x10 Outdoor Space Partial Approval - $100.00

This space is an outdoor space on the grassy area out behind the 8th Street Market. It's a nice open area that will provide lots of space for shoppers to move around. Vendors will provide their own canopies to cover their booth spaces. Please note you are registering for both December 1 and 2.

The Hill Country Handmade Market at 8th Street Market in Comfort is an event where local makers and creatives come together to sell their unique work. Our traveling market will be held at fun venues throughout the Texas Hill County. The December 1-2, 2017 event will be hosted at 8th Street Market in Comfort, Texas

.

Friday, December 1 will be a VIP market where attendees will purchase tickets to come to a private shopping event that will also include drink tickets, live music and special event activities. VIP ticket holders will also be able to shop Saturday without an additional fee.

 

Saturday, December 2 will be open to the public with a $5 per shopper admission fee. Shoppers under 12 years of age will be free.  There will be food trucks, Wanderin Calf Coffee Shop, live music and a large selection of vendors to buy Christmas gifts from!

 

Before completing the vendor application, please fully read the Vendor Guidelines that can be downloaded on the BECOME A VENDOR page on our website. 

 

Additionally, please email a completed jury page that includes business name, description of products, photos of products and booth set up to hillcountryhandmademarket@gmail.com.  A jury page should consist of business name, description of products, and high quality photos of products and even booth space if you have it. Be mindful that they jury will select vendors based on this document, so it is important to represent your products well.

 

Reminder....vendor registration is not complete until all information requested has been provided.

 

Applicants will be notified no later than September 30, 2017 of acceptance to Hill Country Handmade at 8th Street Market in Comfort. . Vendors who are not accepted will be refunded registration fee minus a $15 application fee.

 

Cancellation policy

Prior to the jury decision,cancellations are allowed. Once vendors have been selected by the jury, those who are not accepted will be refunded less $20 application fee. All others will not be issued refunds in the case of cancellation.
