Join in this herbal workshop designed especially for dancers! Dance careers are often built off of part time work and gigs that offer little by way of health care. Even with healthcare, what can we do on a regular basis for our health besides the basic nutrition and physical conditioning we are always taught?

It's time to discuss the holistic approach to our performance and what that means for us as individuals, both in our daily lives and when it's time to perform. During this workshop, we will cover a variety of topics, taste some delicious teas, and get to take home a tea blend formulated with dancers in mind! You will also take home a print out of what we cover.

Topics covered will include:

-Improving concentration and memory

-Supporting and strengthening the respiratory system (especially if you've been training with masks on!)

-Improving cardiovascular health and endurance

-Muscular repair and recovery, including anti-inflammatory herbs

-Repairing and supporting the nervous system, including managing anxiety, depression, stress and sleep patterns

-Increasing energy

-Strengthening the immune system, including quick remedies

ALL WITH HERBS!
