The event will be held indoors in the Joplin Family YMCA gymnasium. Returning this year will be DJ Brock Short and Panda Express. New features include a bicycle helmet giveaway by Aaron Sachs and Associates.
*Note to Food Vendors: Please be aware that your sales may be affected by free meals from Panda Express and free snow cones offered at the event.*
PLEASE NOTE: Healthy Kids Day will be held in the Y gymnasium and we are anticipating 1,000+ attendees. Moving this event indoors limits available booth space to 50 vendors, so we encourage you to reserve your space early. There are multiple options for registration:
-Basic Registration, $25 (table and 2 chairs)
-Standard Registration, $75 (pipe and drape, table and chairs, optional electricity)
-Premium Registration, $100 (pipe and drape, table and two chairs located near stage, optional electricity).
-Performance/Entertainer, Free (for groups that will perform on stage and mascots; no booth space)
We are making 5 complimentary registrations available to non-profits on a first-come, first-served basis. As always, sponsors receive a complimentary Premium booth.
