This eight-hour workshop introduces to the participants the technique of Healing the Inner Child which is designed for clients with childhood traumas brought about by childhood abuse; whether sexual, verbal, physical, and/or emotional abuses. It takes the participants on a journey into their inner child where healing, comfort, and support are given through psycho-spiritual approach, psychoanalytic methods of visualization, and arts therapy. The recovery of the inner child is possible by re-parenting the self.
Reminders to Participants:
Please bring the following materials for the workshop: Handkerchief (big enough for use as blindfold); crayons; bond papers (at least 3 pcs.); and modeling clay.
