It is a safe place where people can be transparent about areas that need healing in their lives and recieve the necessary tools to facilitate healing mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

a. In registering for an event, workshop, conference, forum or activity hosted by the HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE(the event), delegates and speakers agree to the following terms and conditions:

a. HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE has a comprehensive Privacy Policy that be followed for any information provided to the HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE.Specifically, your contact details will be used to compile a delegate list that will be used by: the HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE event organizers; third party event organizers; venues and accommodation providers for the purpose of room bookings (if applicable); sponsors; and parties associated with related events. If you are a speaker, your presentation documents may be loaded to the HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE or associated website or provided to delegates to view after the event. Should you not wish for your details to be used for these purposes, please contact the HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE event organizers at HealingDeVinely@gmail.com at least one week prior to the event.
III. Photography and Recording
a. I irrevocably authorize and grant RECRUITINGDAILY.COM LLC & HRTX & RECRUITFEST the right to:
i. record me (picture and voice) on photographs, film and/or video tape, for audio and visual production. (the Recording)
ii. edit the Recording into a photo gallery / short film / webinar (which may include other recordings and material);
iii. use my name and likeness, voice or other information concerning me; and
iv. screen or place online (including on social media) the Recording.
b. I hereby release HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE from any infringement or violation of personal and / or property rights of any sort whatsoever based upon the use of the Recording.
c. I acknowledge that HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE owns and shall own all rights, title and interest (including copyright) in the Recording.
d. I further acknowledge that HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE is not obliged to use the Recording.
e. I warrant that I have full power to enter into this Release and that the terms of this Release do not in any way conflict with any existing commitment on my part.
f. I understand I will receive no monies for this Recording.
g. While under no obligation to do so, the HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE will consider any reasonable request not to use or to stop using a particular Recording. Such requests should be made in writing to event organizers at HealingDeVinely@gmail.com Should you not wish to grant HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE these rights, please contact the HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE, event organizers at HealingDeVinely@gmail.com at least two weeks prior to the event.
IV. Disclaimer
a. At the time of registration, HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE provided the most recent information available and the delegate and/or speaker accept that the content and/or the delivery of the event can change beyond the control of HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE. HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE will not take any responsibility for any errors, omissions and changes to the program or content of the event. The HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE reserves the right to make changes as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.
b. HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE reserves the right to update the Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions without notice to you.
c. HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE cannot control all content published or disseminated at the event. You may find other delegates’ or participants’ communications, graphics, audio files or other information inappropriate, offensive, harmful, inaccurate, dishonest or misleading and/or deceptive, however you alone are solely responsible for your interaction with other delegates and agree to act responsibly and exercise caution, common sense and safety while in attendance at the conference
d. HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE, its directors, employees, servants, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses , damages , liabilities, claims or expenses whatsoever arising out of or referable to the event.
V. Registration
a. If a person is registering on behalf of a delegate/s it is the responsibility of that person to notify the delegate of the terms and conditions of registering, for which they will be agreeing to on the behalf of the delegate. Responsibility also includes providing full details of the delegate’s/s’ registration details as confirmed.
VI. Liability
a. The attendance of the Healing DeVinely, LLC, De-Vine Healing Ministries, LTD, & Healing DeVinely Conference is at your own risk. In no event shall the Conference Organizers be liable for death, injury, any loss, cost or expense suffered by any person (including accompanying persons, partner, or attendant caregivers). In particular, they are not liable for losses arising from the provision or non-provision of services provided by hotel companies or transport operators. Nor are they liable for losses suffered by technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within any premises visited by delegates and/or partners in connection with the Actual attendance, registrations, sponsorship, delegates, and attendees of the events is not guaranteed by HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE Conference.
b. Every effort will be made to conduct this conference according to the schedule and dates posted. However unlikely, unforeseen circumstances may result in schedule changes or conference cancellation. Registrants will be notified by email of major changes or cancellation. No liability is assumed for inaccuracy, misdescriptions, delays, damaged or lost property, personal injury, terrorism or death. HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by a participant of the event.
VII. By purchasing admission to this event, HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE is release from any and all liability for unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
VIII. Conference Disclaimer
a. Recording
i. No part of the HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE may be recorded, reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including but not limited to video or audio recording, photograph, photocopy or any other information storage or retrieval system known now or in the future, without the explicit written permission of the Conference Organizers. The Conference Organizers reserve the right to record sessions in digital format or otherwise and use these and their content in future events, publications or broadcasts.
IX. Registration
a. Conference registration fee
i. The Conference Organizers have settled on a fixed registration fee for all participants to encourage attendance during the entire conference and to provide the conference financing. The fixed registration fee will be charged regardless of the length of time a participant attends the conference. The fixed registration fee will cover registration, meals as specified in the program and the conference dinner are at the discretion of the Conference Organizer. It will not provide for recreation, faxes, taxi or transportation, parking, laundry, conference photograph or any other personal expenses.
ii. Accompanying persons
1. All accompanying persons need to register separately and are charged the applicable fee under the same conditions as participants. Non registered persons are not permitted under any circumstance. See above.
X. Payment of fees
a. All conference and function payments must be received prior to the conference. If no payment has been received prior to the event date, your registration will be invalid, and you will be taken off the participants list.
b. Refund, substitution and cancellation policy
c. No refunds will be given to registrants for Cancellations. If you are unable to attend the event, it is ask that you cancel your registration by writing to the Conference Organizer at HealingDeVinely@gmail.com. This will enable another person to register for the event, in your place. Registration for IN-PERSON tickets can be transferred to another participant up to One week prior to the event. Please Email HealingDeVinely@gmail.com to transfer registration with new registrant’s Full Name & Email.
XI. Delegates with special needs
a. Every effort will be made to ensure people with special needs are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance, catering or arrangements to be made on your behalf, please include a brief statement on your registration form under the section ‘Special Requirements’.
XII. Force Majeure
a. Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
b. Insurance
i. Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out personal travel and medical insurance prior to attending the event. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation or through cancellation of the event itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE will not take any responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
Virtual Admission:
A. These are the terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) governing your participation in any Healing DeVinely &De-Vine Healing Ministries owned and operated virtual event, meeting, show, seminar, or conference (the “Virtual Event” or “Event”). By registering for the Virtual Event, you agree to these terms which form a binding legal contract between the Virtual Event owner and host, Healing DeVinely & De-Vine Healing Ministries, and the registered participant (“you” or “Participant”). If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the Participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
II. Participation:
A. Requirements Cost of Access – Your registration entitles you to access to the Virtual Event for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you, and Virtual Event shall have no liability for such costs.
B. Use of Likeness – By participating in an HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES Virtual Event, you acknowledge and agree to grant HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.
C. Event Content – You acknowledge and agree that HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time.
D. Use of Registrant Contact Information – By registering for this Event, registrants give permission for their contact information to be shared with other registrants, associated third-party vendors, event sponsors and be included in the Virtual Event Attendee List. If a registrant would like to opt-out, a written request must be sent to HealingDeVinely@gmail.com. The Attendee List may not be reproduced, copied or disseminated, entered into a computer database, used as part of or in conjunction with a mailing list, or otherwise utilized except for your individual, personal and confidential reference. Use of the data in the Attendee List to send unsolicited marketing e-mails (“spam”) is not permitted. Infractions are policed and may result in legal or disciplinary action, which may include cancellation or restriction from future HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES virtual and live events.
III. Prohibited Conduct :
a. Limitations on Use – By registering for a Virtual Event, you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your complimentary access link unless such transfer is granted by HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES. If HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES determines that you have violated this policy, HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES may cancel your access, will retain any payments made by you, and ban you from future HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES virtual and live events.
b. Disruptive Conduct – You acknowledge and agree that HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES reserves the right to remove you from the
Virtual Event if HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behavior create a disruption or hinders the Virtual Event or the enjoyment of the Virtual Event content by other participants.
c. Recording & Broadcasting – Participants may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions of HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES Virtual Events. Participants may not record any one-on-one meetings, group discussions, virtual networking, or any other activity with other Participants without prior written consent from all other Participants in the conversation.
d. Unethical Practices – HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who engages in or is reputed to engage in unethical or non-compliant business practices.
e. Additional Exclusions – HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES may also exclude any prospective participant from registering for or participating in any Virtual Event, in HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES’s sole discretion.
f. Anti-Harassment Policy – HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES is dedicated to providing a harassment-free Virtual Event experience for everyone. HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES does not tolerate harassment of any form.
IV. Release from Liability
A. HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and successors shall not be liable for, and are hereby released from, any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses relating to or arising out of any injury to any other person or any loss of or damage to any property of registrants or any other property where such injury, loss or damage is incident to, arises out of or is in any way connected with the registrant’s participation in the Virtual Event, and the registrant shall be responsible for any such injury, loss or damage or any expenses relating thereto, and the registrant hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, hold harmless and defend HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and successors against all such claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of litigation; provided that the foregoing shall not apply to injury, loss or damage caused by or resulting from the sole negligence of HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and successors. In addition to the foregoing, the registrant agrees that it will make no claim of any kind against HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and successors for any injury, loss, cost or damage of any nature or character whatsoever, including without limiting the foregoing, any claim for damage to the registrant’s business by reason of the failure to the hold the Virtual Event or for any action of HEALING DEVINELY & DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and successors in relation to the Virtual Event. HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by a participant of the event. By purchasing virtual admission to this event, HEALING DEVINELY, LLC, DE-VINE HEALING MINISTRIES, LTD, & HEALING DEVINELY CONFERENCE is release from any and all liability for unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
