In this one day program you will experience nature practices that have been found to reduce anxiety and the effects of physical and emotional stress. Sensory immersion walks and nature journaling will be complemented by discussion of the relationship between our wellbeing and natures, as well as how to create a home practice that includes nature, no matter where you live. Sensory walks are on gentle terrain making it accessible to everyone. Bring your own lunch or purchase lunch at the VIC; we will supply wild tea and water.
