New employees can register themselves for Orientation or their HR/Manager can create a registration for them.
Harvard's New Employee Welcome & Orientation provides new members of the University staff with an overview of their benefits and introduces them to the structure and culture of the University. The program also includes information about a variety of resources for new employees and an overview of some of our employee's favorite perks. The link to attend the online program will be sent out to participants a few days before the scheduled date of their session.
