GRIT Baseball - Performance Hitting Mechanics & Movement Academy

GRIT Athletics Toronto is thrilled to offer this Pro-Grade Hit, Run and Throw Program for athletes to acquire personalized programming designed by James Gardiner and Marcus Knecht focused on education, work-ethic, sustainable performance and longevity for baseball and life.

1-4 Coaching Ratio instruction will focus on fundamentals of speed, power and athletic movement within the skill specifics of Baseball targeted to players 14U and above.

This program was developed to motivate baseball players to become more complete athletes at the next level through Pro-Grade coaching, education, and high-energy training.

Program Format: 6 weeks, 2x/wk (12 sessions)

Program Start: Monday November 9, 2020

Program End: Friday December 18, 2020

When: Mondays 4pm-5pm and Fridays 7pm-9pm
