Lebanon Valley College is extending an invite to others for this Green Dot Training. The costs are as follows:
Individuals - $750
Teams of FOUR or more - $500/person
Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Prevention Organizations - $250/person
Lebanon Valley College and Green Dot etcetera are sympathetic to cost restrictions. We want your participation and will work with you fiscally to assure you are able to attend the program.

Lebanon Valley College is pleased to offer on-campus housing for the Green Dot Institute training. Lodging is a short walk to the Mund College Center. Check in may occur as early as Sunday, July 26th at 4:00 PM.

The Green Dot Strategy is a new and innovative approach to violence prevention. Green Dot harnesses the power of individual choices to shift social norms, resulting in broad-based culture change. Green Dot is based on a wealth of interdisciplinary research including social change theory, diffusion of innovation, communication, marketing, bystander intervention, and perpetration patterns. This 4-day training certifies attendees to implement the Green Dot Violence Prevention Strategy on their college campus. Components of the training include:
§ A comprehensive review of the research and theories which inform the Green Dot Strategy.
§ Elements of the Green Dot Strategy and curriculum.
§ Developing an implementation plan.
Attendees experience an interactive and intriguing 4 days of training which inspire renewed hope and a vision for a safer world.
You must attend the entire training (9am to 5pm daily) to become a Green Dot College instructor.
Training will be held in the Allan W. Mund College Center located at 1 East Sheridan Ave. | Parking is avaliable to the rear of the building.
