Grant Writing & Research Development Resources 0SRP/RO Update - 9 am-10:15 am

Designed to introduce who we are and who to contact in the Office of Sponsored Research and Programsand the Research Officefor proposal submissions, compliance, after the proposal is awarded, innovation and technology transfer, and building partnerships with the local community, industry, universities, and more: The workshop will reinforce the benefits of pursuing grant and contract funding and will give an overview of how to find the right funding, the proposal development and submission processes, and myths that  make  grant  writing seem daunting.  The session  will  also  preview other workshops offered by OSRP to assist faculty in strengthening their proposal writing skills. The workshop should be attended by faculty who are curious about the process, and also by previous grant writers seeking greater understanding of the services available.
