In this training, we will discuss and practice how to offer supervision that encourages staff to develop their skills in harm reduction. This includes:
- Feeling confident with the harm reduction model
- Fostering compassion and a growth mindset, particularly when processing behavior that is or isn’t aligned with harm reduction
- Creating successful group supervision spaces
- Modeling advocacy for staff and clients
