At the Go & See. Retreat you are invited into an experience that I believe will be both a gift for you and for me. Last year, I wrote and taught a study titled, “Go & See: Tools to help you ‘go & see’ your God-given gifts and motivate you to invest what you have been given for such a time as this.”  God did some cool things in the lives of the women who experienced it. Yeah, for the Spirit’s power!

 

As a result, I feel like the next obedient thing for me to do with this gift that God has given me is to pursue giving it away to others via teaching it again and working toward getting it into print. But I need pupils and readers to help me make what I have written more clear, engaging and succinct. I need some voices of encouragement, honesty, and criticism. I need you!

 

  • Dates: Friday, March 22-Sunday, March 24th

  • Location: Lake Darling Resort, Alexandria MN.

  • The cost:$100.00 (This includes lodging, meals and printed materials.)

The mission: I will teach each session of the study and then you will have time to engage in the content fully (including study, reflection and writing time). Throughout and at the close, you will be given tools to provide me feedback on format, content, effectiveness and anything else that would help improve the learning experience.

Jaclyn Loween: Her family and friends know her as, Jaci. She is the wife of a pastor, a mom of four, writing and communications education instructor, a visionary and an avid runner. As a firm believer in the power and effectiveness of the body of Christ united together to live out the Great Commission, she holds fast to this verse, "Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations" (Matthew 28:19). Of equal importance to her are these words, "...let us run with endurance the race that is set before us" (Hebrews 12:1). Her motto: We are stronger, happier, healthier and lovelier when living on mission together.
