Join us August 24th for a morning educational session followed by a Pirate Game with your GFOA-PA friends.
We are excited to have Amie Downs, Director of Communications for Allegheny County, who will present "The ABCs of Communicating with the Media & Public – It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.". The presentation will take place at the offices of Maher Duessel, 503 Martindale Street, 6th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
Following the presentation, we will eat lunch and head to PNC Park to watch the Buccos defeat* the Astros. First pitch is scheduled for 12:35pm.
If you cannot make the session but wish to attend the game, you may do so buy purchasing a "Game Only" ticket on the registration page. If you choose this option, please contact Mark Romito to arrange for delivery of your actual game ticket.
Seating for the session and the game are both limited, so be sure to register early.
