Cancellation policy

Full refunds are available 72 prior to hours of the beginning of the course. The option of a partial refund within 72 hours of the start of the course is subject to review of EMSPlumbline managers.  Refunds (partial or full) are strictly prohibited within 24 hours of the course start.
