This one hour class will help orient and ground, your mind and body through breath awareness and mindful meditations on scripture. You will be invited into slow, gentle stretching and movement that offers mobility and balance. It is for all levels of ability.
This is a 6 week session, running on Friday mornings 7am-8am from 4/29-6/3 at our office at 3480 W Market St. Suite 205, Fairlawn, OH 44333.
You may bring your own mat or use one of ours.
