Generation adidas international is proud to present this unique opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge of Dutch soccer methodology. As one of the most decorated football cultures in Europe, the Dutch and the Ajax club have always been well-known for development of the ‘total football’ methodology and have advanced the careers of many youth players into the professional level, at some of the largest clubs in Europe.  Generation adidas international has secured 2 veteran coaches who have been coaching for over 10 years at Ajax.  These coaches led by Eddie Van Schaick are coming to the USA to conduct coaching education sessions and share the development methodologies they have learned over their coaching careers.

Former Ajax youth consultant, Eddie van Schaick along with his staff will be sharing their training methodology that will help enhance your own youth program. This event will appeal to academy staff, directors of coaching, academy coaches, speed and agility trainers, and more.

The program will include many on the field exercises and guided instruction for:

  • How to create a proper learning environment
  • Warm up techniques that prepare mental and physical awareness
  • Ways to gauge players receptivity
  • Drill succession for player development
  • Speed, Agility & Quickness
