  • Brief history on laws impacting gender identification

  • Executive orders and actions under the Biden Administration on sex discrimination protection

  • Massive increase in the introduction and passage of anti-transgender bills in states, particularly those impacting transgender youth

  • Other gender identification issues, including discrimination based on denying gender-affirming care, criminal issues, and gender marker issues
