In response to the COVID-19 outbreaks we request the following rules to protect students, instructors and fellow community members, these may be further updated in the coming weeks:

  • Do NOT attend a session if you are sick. There will always be another session and by not attending you are preventing your fellow Traceurs from becoming sick, even if it's not COVID-19 the passing of colds/flus may still result in people having to take time off work/study to isolate and get tested due to symptoms presenting (and the swabs aren't the most pleasant experience).
  • PLEASE bring a personal bottle of Hand Sanitiser or similar. Instructors will have some on-hand (pun intended) to share however having more people with their own will allow the classes to flow more freely. We'll be using it before, during and after class to minimise contact spread.
  • PLEASE wash your hands soon after the conclusion of class, especially before eating/touching your face, as you know we touch many surfaces during class, you don't always know where they've been...
  • PLEASE keep 1.5 metres apart from fellow students & instructors during the sessions as much as is practicable. Instructors will be tailoring the sessions to assist with this and more of the sessions will be in larger open areas with plenty of room to move.
  • NOTE - Saturday classes are now starting & finishing at Cathedral Square (down the road from Jacobs Ladder), address & details are in the events, Parking around Turbot / Mein St, Spring Hill.

Fundamentals & Progression classes cover all the fundamental movements of Parkour and many other aspects of Parkour including strength and conditioning training, stretching and the philosophy behind Parkour and the training methods involved.

 

Fundamentals classes are open to all skill levels, from those just starting out to the more advanced who may want to hone some of the more basic techniques.

 

 

You must have attended a first timers class or adults introductory program before attending an outdoor Fundamentals class.
