This session will focus on ownership of inventions conceived at the University. Andy, Joel and Andrew will identify the various scenarios that give rise to patentable intellectual property and how ownership is determined. Particular attention will be paid to student Capstone projects and the range of ownership scenarios that can result. Theseminar is ideal for Capstone advisors and PrincipalInvestigators.
