Join us for a night of friend raising and fundraising. Meet our staff and board members, as well as our clients. Learn about our services and programs. Event features:

  • Speech from former client, now working to bring Lydia's House's mission to North Carolina
  • Live music from the Middle East featuring Huda Asfour (Oud) and Kamyar Arsani (Daf)
  • A Silent Auction

At Lydia's House, we believe that a strong community begins with the families who live there. We offer an abundance of critical programs to help those most in need who live in Washington, D.C.'s Ward 8 neighborhood- serving more than 14,000 people since 1990. 

 

Our event is an opportunity for us to share our work with you and to raise funds to support our crucial programs in DC, MD, and NC. Our goal is to raise $2500 to help us provide services to more of our neighbors. Each dollar donated will be matched dollar to dollar, up to $750, thanks to a generous donation from Farmer's Insurance.
