Date:      Monday 17th October, 2016

Sign in:   12:00pm – 12:30pm   (Lunch will be provided)

 

Workshop: 12:30pm to 3:15pm

         Participants will use basic coding to explore a selection of interesting mathematics problems through inquiry based learning principles.  A practical approach will be used to help understand how technology is being used to connect with the world around us and finally, we will use automated assessment tools that save teachers time, increase student participation and engagement through formative and summative assessment.

Technology:     

TI-84 Plus / TI-84 Plus CE / TI-NspireTM CX (non-CAS)

Catering will be provided, PD Certificates and Teacher Resources will be given to each participant.
