COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course is designed to teach Realtors about 3 niche mortgage products that are designed to address common but difficult situations that disqualify prospects and clients from using other common mortgage products available in the Market.

Section One will address the problem of a borrower that can’t qualify based on having no funds for a down payment.  This can be solved by incorporating a Down Payment Assistance program into the loan process.

Section Two will address the problem of needing to obtain a mortgage to both purchase and fund renovations for either structural and/or cosmetic repairs to the property being purchased.

Section Three will address the problem of older home owners that want or need access home equity to downsize or right-size to a new home better suited for retirement that either can’t qualify or don’t want the repayment obligations of all other mortgage products.

At the end of this course Realtors will understand how they can better serve their market and increase their production by knowing how to identify and assist the very large number of prospects and clients that need these niche mortgage solutions.
