Reflexology during pregnancy reduces edema, relieves pain, supports for overworked organs, increases hormone balance, and improves circulation—which simultaneously helps with oxygen and nutrition supply to the baby in utero. Less well known is the role of reflexology in helping couples to conceive, from pre-conception detoxification to balancing compatibility between the male and female reproductive systems.
