Forms Simplicity Training

Where – Pensacola Association of Realtors Office, 107 W Main Street, Downtown Pensacola.
Course Description - In today’s get it done now society electronic forms, signatures and storage are a must have. Florida Realtors Form Simplicity program meets all these requirements. Effective correspondence with clients is imperative. Form Simplicity will accomplish this via print, email, faxing, sharing and electronic signatures. This three hour course will take agents from blank agreements to signed contracts.  Students will learn how to create, manage and store all of the paperwork necessary for a real estate transaction. In addition, students will learn how to auto populate data from either their local MLS or Public Records. The Form Simplicity program will electronically manage transactions for long term storage as well as compliance.
