FMLS: Showing Time: Simplify Your Showings

• ShowingTime for FMLS is a new core product for all FMLS members that allows real estate professionals to share and access showing information from Matrix!  ShowingTime provides a newer, faster process to schedule showings, get feedback on listings and track buyer inquiries. 

  Listing agents can access ShowingTime from the Matrix Homepage to enter showing information for their listings, and that information is then accessible to showing/buyer agents in Matrix.

  Showing agents can use ShowingTime to make showing requests by selecting dates and times from a shared calendar. Showing requests are then delivered to the listing agent, owner/occupant, and/or another contact determined by the listing agent/broker in real-time for notification and/or confirmation.

  In this course, students will access ShowingTime from Matrix; set up their ShowingTime Agent Preferences and Profile information; set up available times by adding showing restrictions.  Students acting as the Showing Agent will request a showing through three methods. Students acting as the Listing Agent will approve the showing request.  Students will create feedback forms and use that information to consult with the seller. Advanced features include running and interpreting the Agent Activity Report, the Listing Activity Report and the Requested Showings Report.

 Attendees MUST be ACTIVE members of FMLS and be signed in (time & signature), in place, and ready to start class ON TIME in order to receive CE Credit!  Anyone coming in late will not be eligible for CE credit!

Students are welcome and I would encourage them to bring their own computers but they are responsible for getting connected to the internet and logged into FMLS.com prior to class.  The trainer is not responsible to make this happen.

PLEASE NOTE:  FMLS does not provide training guides for our classes.  Agents attending class need to either download a pdf copy of the Training Guide for ShowingTime prior to class or bring writing materials to take any necessary notes.
