Florida Administrative Assistant  - Post Licensing Module #3  (NO Broker Post Licensing Credit)
Dates / Time:  June 7 and 8, 8:30a-5p each day with an hour lunch break
Cost: $75 (includes textbook!)
Course Description: Learn all the important techniques in becoming a successful personal assistant in real estate. Topics include product knowledge, real estate contracts, effective office management, working with buyers, working with sellers, and assistant's role in closings.
Note: As well as offering 15 hours of Salesperson Post Licensing, this class also offers 8 hours of CE credit for those agents that are past their post licensing period.
