Welcome!
We are so excited for the Mt. T Invitational meet being held at the NAU WalkUp SkyDome in Flagstaff!
We have attended this meet for the past 3 years and have found it to be a great meet for competition and handling the day-of jitters. With this year being the World Championship year, there is bound to be plenty of competition.
The past GRIT athletes who have attended, have enjoyed the fact that heats are divided by times only; meaning you are liable to be lined up with professionals and college athletes.
This meet is only available to high school, collegiate and professional athletes.
AAU AB Extended Sport Insurance is required ($16, https://play.aausports.org/)

Teaching the Fundamentals Needed for Improvement in All Sports; Speed, Agility, Endurance, Flexibility, Coordination, Mental and Physical Strength. Since his time as a Div. 1 football player (Univ. of Colo. - Boulder) and as an important member of the Nassau Community College track and football teams; Joe Swift has been sharing his knowledge and experience with high school and collegiate athletes. His journey has brought him to AZ, giving him the opportunity to pass along his skills and knowledge to the next generation. What separates me from other coaches, is my attention to detail. In a session with me, I will have you run through a number of drills that will help me assess your body type, your running form, your strengths and your weaknesses. From there I customize the workouts to create a solid foundation. Then we shift focus to increase your speed, acceleration and reaction time.
