Modest Athlete presents Fit Brunch providing both a fitness experience and brunch to attendees.
First, attendees will working up an appeitite with a 45 minute full body ciruit workout guarteened to burn 500 calories. After the workout, attendees will learn more about the dishes on the menu with a cooking demonstration. The brunch menu consistent of delicious vegetarian friendly and gluten-free options, that are tasty and healthy to the body.
