This month at Fulbrook on Fulshear Creek we’re red hot for National Go Red Day! Why Go Red? Heart disease and stroke cause 1 in 3 deaths among women each year, killing approximately one woman every 80 seconds. We ask that you please join us in raising awareness by wearing red to this event!

In keeping with our heart-healthy theme, we are serving you lunch from Ripe Cuisine!” Ripe Cuisine is a healthy, seasonally inspired and locally sourced food truck offering a plant-based vegan menu. The Ripe Cuisine Food Truck sets itself apart by being the only all-vegan food truck in Houston! Chef and Owner, Stephanie Hoban, is also a registered and licensed dietitian. Stephanie creates every dish with balanced nutrition in mind. The Ripe Cuisine Food Truck’s menu options are sure to keep your heart red, healthy and happily beating!

We are excited to announce that Newmark Homes is joining the Fulbrook on Fulshear Creek family! To celebrate Newmark Homes will be giving away and Amazon Echo as well as Amazon gift cards during the First Friday event. *Only Realtors who visit Newmark Homes in the Welcome Center will be eligible for these prize drawings.

On the menu:

Choice of one main dish and one side item.

  • Bistro Burger local wheat bun, organic lentil-mushroom patty, organic arugula, tomato, roasted red pepper aioli, cashew ‘chevre’, balsamic caramelized onions, house made pickles
  • Caprese Melt local sourdough, basil pesto, tomato, cashew ‘mozzarella’, organic arugula
  • Reuben Redoux 10-spiced organic local tempeh, chickpea-sauerkraut spread, house made pickle, garlic aioli, and Russian slaw on toasted local marble rye
  • Beet Falafel Plate organic chickpea – beet falafel (3) served over golden hummus with house made tahini sauce, organic spinach cucumber quinoa salad, sesame seeds, dill, pickled radish

Substitute Gluten Free bread or Gluten Free bun / Add avocado to any entree 

Sides:

  • Sweet Potato Fries hand cut local organic sweet potatoes served with house made organic ketchup (no sugar added – sweetened with organic raisins!)
  • Kale Salad massaged local kale, organic tahini-maple dressing, candied organic sunflower seeds
