Aye, Flatlanders! We’re bringing New England to you this month with Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck. Straight from ABC's "Shark Tank”, these Maine-bred cousins will be serving up wicked good lobster straight from the Cape.

On the menu:

Your choice of a main dish served with a side of Tater Tots.  

Mains 

• Maine Lobster Roll served chilled, touch of mayo, New England style roll
• Cousins Lobster or Shrimp Tacos served with cabbage, pico de gallo, cilantro lime sauce, on local handmade flour tortillas
• Maine Lobster Tail 4-5 oz lobster tail, in shell, served with drawn butter (Maine’s ultimate luxury)
• Lobster Grilled Cheese served with pepper jack and cheddar cheese on buttered Texas style toast

Vegetarians can request plain grilled cheese
