At Bravehearts Boxing Gym, we're excited to launch our specialized IRON MAN Training Packages, delivered by our Owner and seasoned IRONMAN Steven McMillan. The packages are designed for both gym members and non-members.

Accountability Support Package

Ideal for self-motivated athletes seeking structured guidance. 

Features: Personalized training plan, monthly progress check-ins, nutrition advice, equipment support, injury prevention techniques and access to our online support community.

 

Exclusive Training & Mindset Package

A comprehensive program for those seeking an all-inclusive training experience.

Features: All elements of the Accountability Package, plus monthly personal training sessions, mindset coaching workshops, customized nutrition advice and a post-race recovery plan.

 

Why Train for IRON MAN?

IRON MAN is more than a race; it's a testament to your endurance, strength, and mental toughness. It comprises:

Swimming: A 2.4-mile (3.86 km) open-water swim.

Biking: A 112-mile (180.25 km) bike ride through varying terrains.

Running: A marathon 26.2-mile (42.20 km) run to the finish line.

 

Training for IRON MAN means preparing your body and mind for these intense segments, focusing on endurance, strength, nutrition, and mental resilience.

 

Your Road to IRON MAN: What to Expect

Training Regimen: A mix of cardio, strength training, and endurance exercises.
