Introduction:

This course has been specifically designed for delegates who are not financial practitioners, but who need to develop a strong understanding of how budgeting, costing and financial analysis impact upon their day to day decision making within their role. The course covers the full end to end budgeting process including budget development, forecasting and budget management. Likewise the key costing methodologies are fully explored throughout the course. Both budgeting and costing elements are explored from a financial budget, project budget and manpower budget perspective. The course concludes with an introduction to financial analysis to enable delegates to interpret the facts behind the numbers within these key organisational statements.

  • Creating and managing manpower budgets - including FTE calculator.

  • Incorporating uncertainty within the budget - multi-variate scenario planning

Cancellation policy

Cancellation up to three weeks before the event start date is allowed without penalty. After 3 weeks before the event a cancellation fee of $500 is applied. If cancellation is within a week of the event we are sorry but no refund is allowed. Substitutions are allowed at any time (someone else may take your seat). For no-shows there is no refund.
