Special Stage West will take place at Pat's Acres Racing Complex in Canby, Oregon on Sunday May 29th.

Drivers MUST arrive to PARC the day before (Saturday May 28). We will be getting everyone checked in on Saturday and parked in the pits. PARC has a very small pit space so it is important that you arrive on Saturday so we can guarantee an optimal pit spot for your team. Please arrive between the hours of 9AM and 4PM on Saturday.
Cars can be left at the track or driven to your hotels or homes after. Only drivers and pit crew will be allowed on the grounds on Saturday, this is not open to spectators, for both ease of setup, as well as security of your vehicles and parts. Only those with wristbands will be allowed to enter and/or camp that evening at PARC. Gates will close in the evening at 10PM for Saturday night, again to ensure security of your personal belongings.
Note: PARC and Final Bout LLC are not liable for any lost or damaged items, we will have security on site, but please be mindful of your personal items, lock up what you can.
Sunday night after Special Stage, drivers are free to leave thier cars as well, however, camping will be open to more than just drivers and pit crew of Special Stage.
Monday, May 30th is a normal PARC Drift event. This is not affiliated with Special Stage and will be run as a normal PARC event, and is also open to the public to drive. If you wish to drive both days you can purchase both with Final Bout, or purchase a ticket at PARC the day of. I suggest purchasing a ticket now with us.
Camping is free to drivers all weekend long. PARC has a large camp grounds with various fire pits.
SSW Costs
1 Day (Sunday SSW pass) per vehicle: $150 + fees
2 Day (Sunday SSW & Monday PARC Drift pass) per vehicle: $250 + fees
1 Day (Monday PARC Drift pass) per vehicle: $100 + fees
Spectator pass per day: $15
Spectator parking per vehicle: $5
Note: Driver pass does not include a +1, any pit crew members must pay for a spectator pass, 1 support vehicle per team can be parked inside the grounds free of charge

Please note the following important rules
- Fire extinguisher will be mandatory in all vehicles.
- No coolant is allowed in your vehicle and this will be checked. You can use any non-glycol based water additive.
- No consumption of alcohol while the track is hot
- Keep your cars looking flossy
Special Stage Event Day Rundown
Special Stage events will be run different than Final Bout. We will not have each team take 2 judged team runs. Instead, drivers will be informed of a window of time in which teams should drive together and they will be judged during that time, both based on appearance and driving ability as with all Final Bout's. It will not be formal judging but teams will be chosen based on thier performance during this period. Take as many runs as you can during the period, there is no minimum or maximum. More details will be explained during the drivers meeting which will take place at 9AM on Sunday.
