WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

The course is intended for practitioners including nurses (RN & RPN), nurse practitioners, physicians, registered midwives, paramedics and residents who want to learn the current fundamental concepts related to fetal health surveillance. 

Time:  0800-1700

Location:  Auditorium A - Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre

Preparing for the course:

Complete the online registration.

Review and study “Fundamentals of Fetal Health Surveillance  A Self-Learning Manual”.

Cost:

$150.00 - Payment information is required for all registrants, but workshop fee will be voided for nursing staff of the Women and Children's Program

ALL participants require a textbook which is available for purchase from Season's Gift Shop for $38 + tax.  Limited copies of the textbook are available through the TBRHSC library or free online "Fundamentals of Fetal Health Surveillance-A Self-Learning Manual"

Information on accessing the online textbook will be e-mailed to each participant upon registration.

Sign up early as space is limited. Classes may be canceled if insufficient enrolment.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy (applies to funded registrants as well): If it is necessary to cancel your registration within 2 weeks of the course, a cancellation fee of $75.00 will apply. If we are unable to fill your spot, you will also be charged the course fee. If you are charged the course fee, you may attend the next scheduled course with no additional registration fee.
