WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

The course is intended for practitioners including nurses (RN & RPN), nurse practitioners, physicians, registered midwives and residents who want to learn the current fundamental concepts related to fetal health surveillance. 

Time:  0800-1600

Location:  Auditorium B (3rd Level) - Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre

You are required to complete the following two activities:

 1. Read the free online Fundamentals of Fetal Health Surveillance – A Self-Learning Manual; and 

 

2. Successfully complete the online Canadian Fetal Health Surveillance Program Exam.

 

Cost:

$250.00 - Payment information is required for all registrants, but workshop fee will be voided for nursing staff of the Women and Children's Program

 

Information on accessing the online textbook and exam will be eMailed to each participant upon registration

Sign up early as space is limited. Classes may be canceled if insufficient enrolment.

If a course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, TBRHSC will attempt to reschedule on the earliest possible date(s) available, TBRHSC is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees due to cancellation or rescheduling.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

If your cancellation is recieved less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date, 50% of the course fee will be charged to your credit card. 

You may also request a one-time transfer to a later course (if space available). However, if you choose this option and are unable to attend the course you transferred to, no refund will be issued.
