Graphic Design: The Medium is the Message

Presenter: Amanda Preston

Visual design for an elearning course isn’t the starting point, even if Pinterest would argue otherwise. The visual assets selected should come later in the process but have to be as thoughtfully assessed and placed as the objectives, lingo and layout. The devil is, after all, in the details.

Where exactly does the visual design come into the process, then? At what point do you invest in graphic design? And how do you get the right look to make sure your content is delivered with the right impact? There are some hip solutions out there: techniques, tools, and thought leaders who can help drive your project into perfection (well…pretty close).

Find out how to bring course content alive with finishing strategies that make the message visually pop. If your computer is able to connect to the wifi, an opportunity to work in some software will be provided.
