The seminar includes a strong component on pesticide use safety and regulations and PAC testing preparation. Two hours Continuing Education Credit from California Department of Pesticide Regulation in the category of "Laws & Regulations."

Additional topics: worker's compensation incident investigations, ag safety leadership & management, ag driving/highway patrol, CalOSHA updates.

The training runs from 8 am to 4 pm at the Napa Valley College (Napa Campus - building # 1200 also known as the Little Theater), with check-in beginning at 7:30 am, and includes a certificate of completion of the course as well as a catered lunch.
