Hello 2018 Fall session Debs:
The costs for 2018 Debs is as follows:
Existing Debs needing WFTDA insurance $115 ($75 + $40 for insurance)
If you have renewed your WFTDA insurance on your own, it is $75
We intend to host 12 practices this season.
We will begin Fall 2018 in early September.
We intend to hold practice from 3:30pm-6:00pm. The practice will look like this:
3:30 5 min Announcements
3:35 10 min Pep / dryland
3: 45 5 min gear on
3: 50 15 Group skate / warm up
4:05 (4 - 25 min rotations for track time)
5:50 Closing / cheer
**we want to emphasize timeliness and a sense of urgency throughout our practice. Please plan on being on time, or 15 minutes early. There WILL be burpees for latecomers**
Registration window is as follows:
July 25th – existing Debs can register for fall session
August 18 – existing Debs priority window closes (please register by this time!)
August 19 – waitlisted Debs will be invited to sign up
September 2 - registration for waitlisted Debs closes
September 9 - first Debs practice - Roy
September 23 - second Debs practice - Roy
September 30 - third Debs practice - Roy
