This 2 day training course was developed to train all direct care staff on facility manager duties and responsibilities. This course will teach staff the role of being a facility manager on their shift and provide advanced knowledge and skill in overall operation of a residential facility. Attendees will receive 16 training hours that can be used towards training hours.
