2nd quarter report card
CLEATS AND Tennis shoes
Water
Dress in athletic clothing. No jean or cargo shorts
Schedule is as follows:
11am-12pm check in
12pm-Dynamic Warm Up
12:20-Offensive Indy's
12:50-Water Break & Setup
12:55-Defensive Indy's
1:25-Water Break
1:30-1 on 1's
1:45-7 on 7
2:00 Closing Remarks
